Additional work, features, revisions, integrations, third-party services or requirements outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
A project is considered approved when the client confirms the proposal, quotation or agreed scope and, where applicable, makes the required payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and necessary information, content, images, branding, credentials and other materials required to complete the project.
Clients must ensure that they have the legal right to use any content, images, trademarks, software or other materials supplied to us.
Delays in providing required information, approvals or access may affect project timelines.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated in the applicable quotation, proposal or agreement.
Where a deposit or advance payment is required, work may begin after the agreed payment has been received.
Additional development or services requested outside the original scope may require separate payment.
6. Website Development and Delivery
Website projects may involve design, development, configuration, testing and deployment.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may depend on the complexity of the project, client feedback, third-party services and availability of required materials.
After delivery, changes outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional development work.
7. SEO, AEO and Digital Marketing
SEO, AEO, Google Ads, PPC and other digital marketing services involve factors that may be outside our direct control.
Search engines, advertising platforms and AI-powered search systems can change their algorithms, policies, interfaces and ranking systems at any time.
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, advertising results or placement within Google, ChatGPT or other AI-powered search experiences.
Our services are designed to improve a website’s technical quality, visibility, discoverability and marketing performance, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Projects may use third-party platforms and services such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Google, Meta, hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, APIs and other software.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, restrictions, security incidents or policy changes introduced by third-party providers.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of materials, intellectual property and resources that they owned before the project.
Client-supplied content, logos, images, trademarks and other materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners.
Third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, images, APIs and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
10. Website Content
The client is responsible for ensuring that content supplied for publication is accurate, lawful and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse to publish content that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful.
11. Maintenance and Support
Website maintenance and support services are provided according to the agreed package or service arrangement.
Support does not necessarily include major redesigns, new functionality, third-party platform issues or substantial development work unless specifically included in the agreed service.
12. Website Security and Backups
We may provide security, backup and maintenance services where included in the agreed scope.
While reasonable measures may be taken to protect websites and data, no website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from vulnerabilities.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pattaya Web Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
